Is Identification Seriously Needed to Vote?

When I read this article I just stood back in shock! There are 33 statesthat  have passed the law requiring an ID to vote! some people belive that they are passing this law so that Obama will not be re-elected. They say that 8% of white people don't have the documentation that allows them to vote and  the amount of colored people who do not have the documentation is triple that of whites.

Now question number one: Do you think that this is simply unfair?

Question number two: Do you think that this law should be allowed?
